The park offers pool, horseshoe pit, fitness room, clubhouse, putting green, croquet court, fire pits and coin laundry. Close to the beach, shopping and all southern Maine attractions. The seasonal fee is 3,899 and includes water, sewer and electricity. There is a 1,000.00 entry fee. Pets are welcome. Rentals are not allowed.
